Course Details:

Self Defence 3 Hour Course

This workshop begins with accurate information. Awareness, alertness and avidness are the foundation of self defence. This is not a martial arts class but a course that teaches women a series of simple bio-mechanically efficient techniques. Women walk away with a sense of empowerment and a confidence in knowing they can fight back.

Self Defence 6 Week Course

This advanced course is for anyone who wants to learn more about staying safe. The course goes beyond the awareness and pre-assault strategies. Physical Resistance is taught through basic and advanced techniques. You will get physical during these 6 weeks.

Certified Martial Arts Classes

Classes in Karate and Jiu Jitsu are taught from White to Black Belt Level at children, adult and family classes.  Confidence, strengthening, discipline, energy, getting fit and staying fit are all components in the class. Learning something new each time in class is the motivation and fun in participating. This Martial Arts Course has earned the reputation as an effective and formidable self defence.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese Martial Art that was originally  developed for self defence. Today the health benefits are recognized by the millions of people who practice the movements of Tai Chi. Mind, body and breath are the components of this “Moving Meditation” that can be adjusted for each individual’s needs.
